Scenes from Marco Island Vacation

(download)

We have been privileged the past two New Year's holidays to be able to spend the week in Marco Island, at the Marriott Resort.  It is a terrific place, highly recommended if you are thinking of a vacation on the Florida Gulf Coast, and it is terrific for families. The beach is beautiful and large, and very well maintained, and there are plenty of restaurants and activities to choose from.

I am no professional photographer (nor do I have the equipment, and on what equipment I do have the battery was dying so I had no time to achieve perfection), so these photos may not give the place justice. But trust me, it is beautiful.
